Eingangsqualitätskontrolle (IQ)
Wir prüfen alle Rohstoffe sorgfältig, bevor sie in die Produktionslinie gelangen.

- Stoffgewicht (GSM) und Dickenüberprüfung.

Qualitätskontrolle im Prozess (IPQC)
Unser QC-Team überwacht jede Phase der Montage, um Konsistenz sicherzustellen und Probleme frühzeitig zu erkennen.
- Prüfung der Platten nach dem Zuschnitt auf Genauigkeit.
- Erstmusterprüfung am Anfang jeder Nählinie.
- Regelmäßige Inline-Kontrollen der Nahtqualität und Nahtfestigkeit.
- Post-Branding-Inspektion auf Logo-/Druckgenauigkeit und -platzierung.
Endgültige Qualitätskontrolle (FQC)
Jedes einzelne fertige Kleidungsstück durchläuft eine 100% Endkontrolle vor dem Verpacken.
- Messverifizierung anhand der Spezifikationen Ihres Tech Packs.
- Eine umfassende Prüfung auf eventuelle Schönheitsfehler (lose Fäden, Schmutz).
- Endgültige Überprüfung aller Branding-Elemente, Etiketten, und Tags.
