The main difference is the origin of the design.

• ODM (Original Design Manufacturing): You start with your concept or inspiration, and our expert design team develops a unique, original product for you. It’s a collaborative design process.
• OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing): You provide a complete, production-ready tech pack with your own original design, and we act as your expert factory to manufacture it precisely.

Our Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) are flexible. For ODM projects, which leverage our existing design expertise, the MOQ is generally lower, often starting around 100-150 pieces per style. For fully custom OEM projects requiring unique sourcing, the MOQ typically starts around 300 pieces. We always work with our partners to find a viable solution, so please contact us with your project details.

A Tech Pack is the complete technical blueprint for your garment. It is essential for OEM because it is the universal language that tells our factory exactly how to create your product. A good tech pack includes technical sketches, a bill of materials (BOM), measurement specifications, construction details, and branding instructions. It ensures accuracy, reduces errors, and allows us to provide a precise quote.

We take IP protection extremely seriously. We are always prepared to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before you share any sensitive design information. Your tech packs, patterns, and brand concepts are kept strictly confidential and are never shared with any other clients. Your unique design is safe with us.

Timelines vary based on complexity, but there is a general difference:

ODM projects are faster because the core design work is leveraged from our existing library. The process from consultation to delivery is often around 30-45 days.

OEM projects are more in-depth, depending on your tech pack’s complexity and sampling revisions. However, we are known for our speed. For example, we delivered a 10,000-piece custom OEM order for our client TOMAS in just

40 days after the sample was approved.
