As PICKLEBALL gains popularity, our client aimed to launch a brand targeting both PICKLEBALL and TENNIS enthusiasts aged 30-45. Collaborating with us as their sports clothes manufacturer, their product line includes a diverse range of activewear, with retail prices between $35 and $55, all based on their unique designs.
Client Challenges
The client required a supplier skilled in various product categories: men's short sleeves, shorts, women's long pants, yoga pants, tennis skirts, sports dresses, and sweatshirts. They needed a low MOQ of 100 pieces per color and style, with a focus on medium to high-quality materials, using LULULEMON’s premium COATS sewing threads. After evaluating multiple options, they chose us for our expertise.

Upon receiving the inquiry, we conducted a thorough Zoom meeting to discuss the tech pack in detail. We explored every aspect, from product categories to fabric choices and craftsmanship advice, providing the client with valuable insights.
For the men’s tops and shorts, we selected a lightweight sports fabric made of 88% polyester and 12% spandex (180G) for the tops—ensuring they are breathable and moisture-wicking—and a 100% polyester lightweight fabric for the shorts. We enhanced the design by using a contrasting logo to emphasize the fabric’s color and printed the logo on the drawstring for improved visibility.
For women’s wear, we chose a soft 96% cotton and 4% spandex (300G) fabric for the sweatshirts, while also prioritizing the fabric’s feel and comfort. The pants were crafted from our popular double-sided fabric (80% nylon and 20% spandex, 220G). The women’s tank tops featured modal fabric, known for its softness and flattering fit.
With the dedication of our development team, we successfully created samples. Our fitting team documented the process with photos and videos, ensuring the samples met both our standards and the client's expectations.

The client’s initial product line was a resounding success. After two years of continuous collaboration and the development of new series, they now enjoy consistent monthly sales and regular repeat orders from SANSANSUN SPORTS.
